The Wilson production line is complete. A batch of shaving gel that has just finished filling, capping, and quality inspection is being steadily transported into the finished goods warehouse. This is not only the successful conclusion of a production task, but also the final "power reserve" before delivery to the customer.

Shaving gel is an aerosol cosmetic containing flammable propellants, so it has extremely high requirements for storage. You can see the prominent red fire pipe network and fire sprinklers on the factory ceiling, which is our safety bottom line. At the same time, the warehouse must be kept cool and ventilated, direct sunlight is strictly prohibited, and the temperature inside the warehouse must be strictly controlled (usually required to be no more than 30°C) to prevent the pressure inside the cans from rising, which could lead to leakage or explosion hazards.

Why is every pallet of finished shaving gel wrapped in thick stretch film? It is not just to prevent dust and moisture. More importantly, it prevents the outer walls of the gel canisters from friction scratches during long-term stacking and transportation, while also serving to secure them against tipping. Packaging is the "face" of a product; shaving gel canisters are mostly made of iron, which are prone to dents and deformation, and this layer of film is our first line of defense for logistics safety.

Checking the strings of barcodes and the warehousing documents one by one—it is precisely this rigor that perfectly bridges the efforts on the production line to the hands of our customers. Boxes of shaving gel are ready to be dispatched, traveling across mountains and seas to guard every gentleman's refreshing morning!
