Today, the workshop is rushing to produce a batch of setting sprays. These aesthetically pleasing gradient purple-pink aerosol cans are lined up on the conveyor belt, looking extremely therapeutic. Many clients ask when they come for factory inspections: "Why is it that, when it comes to setting spray, yours comes out like a mist and doesn't spray hard on the face at all?"

Look at the Actuator of our spray; it contains a high-precision micron-level valve. Inside the aerosol can, high-pressure gas and the liquid formula are fully integrated. When extruded through micron-sized apertures, the droplets are instantly torn into an extremely fine mist (with a diameter smaller than that of a pore). When sprayed on the face this way, not only will it not form water droplets, but it will also gently wrap the entire face like a SPA, ensuring your base makeup won't be ruined.
Setting sprays often contain film-forming agents. If the formulation is slightly off or the packaging tolerances are too large, the nozzle will clog after a few uses. Therefore, on our production line, we not only demand strict sealing of the valves (to achieve zero leakage), but each batch of semi-finished products also undergoes manual pressure testing to ensure a smooth, fine mist and to prevent any clogging.
If any brand owner wants to customize the same product or fine-tune the formula (e.g., to increase oil control or moisturizing effects), you are always welcome to come to the workshop to discuss it with me!
