Hundreds of white-based metal valve sunscreen sprays are neatly arranged on an automatic conveyor belt, waiting to pass through the pneumatic pusher mechanism ahead and enter the next filling process one by one. The silver pneumatic push rod (cylinder) is executing precise lane-dividing movements, delivering dense canisters onto the filling track at a predetermined rhythm. For sunscreen sprays, the upright state of the canister is crucial; once tipped, the liquid material can easily clog the valve, leading to uneven subsequent inflation.

After these white cans are filled, they must all undergo a water bath leak test process to detect any micro-leaks at the valve and can seam through air bubbles in a constant-temperature water bath. Even a single speck of dust stuck in the valve sealing surface will result in the product being scrapped.
