For aerosol cosmetics such as shower foam, shower gel, shaving foam, and shaving gel, we can also use the new BOV (Bag-On-Valve) packaging, which consists of a valve bag and a vacuum-sealed container, suitable for BOV aerosol products. This type of packaging provides a purer environment for preserving the contents. When producing BOV aerosols, we strictly prevent any leakage in the packaging or the occurrence of deflated cans. I remember there was a batch of goods that, in order to meet the deadline, did not have enough time for the material to settle. After filling and sealing, air bubbles are trapped in the bag, causing the pressure inside the can to fluctuate. When it reached the customer, what was sprayed out was not a mist, but a "nose-like" gel. After that incident, we learned our lesson: the vacuum degassing of the binary material must be done for a full 4 hours, and no amount of urging will change that.
