At the hose sealing workstation, frontline workers are focusing on operating pneumatic pressing equipment to perform the sealing and shaping operations on the ends of small tubes of sunscreen. Sunscreen has extremely high requirements for packaging sealing; if the tube is not sealed properly, it can lead to oxidation of the contents and the loss of active sunscreen ingredients, which will affect the product's protective efficacy and shelf life.

On-site operators strictly adhere to operational procedures, precisely completing the entire process from material loading and alignment to equipment compression. Immediately after each product is sealed, they verify the flatness of the seal and the strength of the compression, eliminating issues such as leakage and poor sealing at the source of the process to firmly ensure the stability of the sunscreen formula.
