In the daily operations of the Wilson cosmetics OEM/ODM factory, the pre-processing stage in the filling workshop is often regarded as a "hidden quality checkpoint." This workstation is currently performing the packaging material loading operation for self-tanning mousse within the clean area. Operators are strictly wearing anti-static cleanroom suits and nitrile gloves, transferring unfilled packaging materials from material turnover boxes onto the automated conveyor track.
The white plastic packaging for self-tanning mousse (commonly made of PET, PE, or PP materials) is highly prone to accumulating static electricity during production and transportation. The physical adsorption effect generated by static electricity causes micron-level dust and fibers in the air to adhere to the inner and outer walls of the bottle. Before the feeding stage, in addition to manual input, it must be confirmed to be in a "dust-free state." Otherwise, once filling and sealing are completed, foreign matter on the inner wall will result in irreversible sensory defects.
In the field of cosmetics manufacturing, quality does not rely solely on high-end formulations, but is rooted in every rigorous standardized process on the production line. The transformation of a bottle from nothing to existence, and from impurity to cleanliness, is the first step in building a safety defense line for the product. Continuously optimizing the process parameters and inspection frequency of the pre-treatment stage is the basic guarantee for a factory to stably deliver high-quality finished products.
