After screening, a random inspection of the raw materials of the sunscreen spray is required, preventing substandard materials from entering the production process. This is also key to confidently guaranteeing product quality when dealing with customers later on. Formula adjustments need to be based on market demand; for example, for summer outdoor scenarios, the focus is on increasing the proportion of waterproof and sweat-resistant ingredients; for daily commuting, the focus is on freshness and ease of reapplication. During the adjustment process, the SPF value, texture, and spray smoothness need to be repeatedly tested to ensure formula stability and avoid issues like failure to spray, bead formation, or severe whitening.
