For orders of shower foam, the key is not to treat them like regular shower gel orders
As the operator of the Wilson aerosol cosmetics factory, we have extensive experience in handling OEM/ODM orders for showe foam. We've encountered numerous challenges and developed a mature, full-process control experience, which we are now summarizing for your reference.
Initially, some customers may confuse shower foam with regular shower foam orders. We've encountered a case where a customer opted for a regular PET bottle, but upon filling, the internal pressure deformed the bottle. We clarified that the packaging for shower foam should be pressure-resistant PET, aluminum cans, or iron cans.
During the proofing phase, after the customer confirms the sample, we require a high and low temperature stability test: the sample is placed in a 45°C high temperature and -5°C low temperature environment for 7 days to test for pressure changes, whether there is any leakage, and whether the foaming effect changes. After all, shower foam are aerosols, and temperature affects pressure much more significantly than with ordinary cosmetics.
In the production process, we have 4 fully automated aerosol filling lines, but even with automation, we cannot start full-scale production right away. Before production, conduct a small batch trial run of 200 bottles to adjust the filling pressure and the ratio of liquid ingredients and propellant. During mass production, a random inspection is conducted every hour: checking the filling volume, bottle pressure, foaming effect, and the valve's sealing performance —— by placing the bottle in warm water for 30 seconds to see if any bubbles leak out. If any leakage is detected, the production line is immediately stopped to adjust the valve parameters.

Now, our on-time delivery rate for bath bubble orders has reached 98%, and the customer repurchase rate has exceeded 70%. These challenges we've faced have actually helped us refine the entire process to become smoother and more efficient.
